Scott Morley began studying piano when he was 6 years old. Composing music in high school earned him a seat at Berklee College of Music studying composition, arranging, and jazz theory. Scott played all over Boston with many original bands before moving to NYC to pursue music full time in 1997.
While living in NYC, Scott became a studio musician for SONY, recording remix tracks of Michael Jackson, JLo, Destiny's Child, Omarion, and many others.
Scott was also a member of The Vibe, the legendary Jersey Shore hip-hop cover band playing all of the shore's top music venues.
Scott's original band, The Upwelling, was the first unsigned band to earn "recommended" status from the Virgin Megastore and played Bowery Ballroom, Mercury Lounge, and was selected to play the prestigious SXSW festival in Austin, TX.
